  • With our integrated methodology of time, costs and scope developed in-house we enable the control of global projects from tender to customer handover with proactive cost and progress reporting.
  • The KPC methodology determines 100 % project scope of supply and services, all interfaces, project costs, all document deliveries, project schedule and the complete engineering scope definition.
  • Thereby we ensure that all project data and documents from various sources are collected and loaded into one project workspace (project collaboration platform). With the defined 'Master Document List' the project manager will get early indication of a document delivery deviation at any project milestone.
    The project management team can react on time and define further actions. Based on the project document delivery progress the cost control with continuous cost follow up is reliable and can be established within short time.

  • Our PCTplus software is a global project collaboration platform to define the project budget, scope of work, split of work (DOW / DOR) and the project baseline for all deliverables (Documents, Data, BOQ, Costs).
    The project progress control with cost to complete in all project phases and milestones is implemented as continuous cost follow-up (CCFU) integrated in ERP / SAP systems. Changes and claims can be traced back and are linked with costs and documentation.
  • The MDL module (Master Document List) in PCTplus is the doc. control collaboration platform for the global project with all involved partners and suppliers. Based on the contract scope and the split of work (DOW / DOR) the MDL defines for each partner and project phase what type of documents have to be delivered at what time. This doc. collaboration system is collecting, tracking and monitoring all defined documents from all partners: supplier, site and customer, in a controlled workflow. Each partner is generating his own documents with an own workflow (prepare / check / release). Only released and issued documents will be visible on the collaboration platform.
  • With the MDL document control all documents are classified. This means that from the start of a project all documents for the customer handover are defined at 100 %.
    The document handover happens automatically in PCTplus so that no further costs are incurred.
  • Different industry initiatives and information technology evolutions (Industry 4.0, BIM, Digital Plant, Digital Factory, 5D Development, Cyber Security Systems, etc.) are currently defining future standards and recommendations. We do our best to contribute to those changes.
    The digital plant information model in PCTplus for example can be automatically exported into our portal viewer application software. Now you can navigate through, search and find any information you need (document / data / model) in your digital plant model. For this software no license is needed and it runs on every desktop, notebook or tablet device.
  • Documents and data which are taken over for operation of the plant are maintained by the operator of the plant with 'as-built' status.
  • Plant modifications can be executed as 'small EPC projects' and consequently can be put back to the revised 'as-built' status.
  • PCTplus enables the planning and documentation of a later dismantling of the plant and its certification.
